Contracts

KTS manages a growing portfolio of State and Federal contract vehicles to provide our customers with fast, flexible and convenient access to a broad array of IT products and services. Agencies can place orders on these vehicles directly or work with KTS to use a variety of assisted acquisition contracts such as GSA and NIHECS III.

Below is a select list of contract vehicles under which customers may obtain Knot Technology Solutions' products and services. The list includes State and local contract vehicles, Federal Agency-Specific Contracts (Multiple Award Contracts), and the GSA Schedule.

Federal Government Contract Vehicles

GSA Multiple Award Schedule 70 Contract GS-35F-0613X

Contract Term: October 2011-October 2016

KTS has multiple SIN categories on the GSA Schedule including a large variety of products and services, at pre-negotiated prices, available from select government-approved companies.

State and Local Government Contract Vehicles

Maryland

SMCPS-2010-IT-CC Department of Information Technology- Computer Components Contract with the St. Mary's County, MD Public Schools System. The contract vehicle is a blanket purchase order agreement for various network and storage products. 

State of Maryland Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Contract BPO# 060B9800011 Contract Term: 10/1/2007 - 9/30/2012

This statewide contract vehicle permits agencies to procure the following:

  • Functional Area I: COTS Software (excluding Microsoft and Novell Software)
  • Functional Area II: Installation and Training Services
  • Functional Area III: Manufacture's Software Maintenance

State of Maryland Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services Contract BPO# 060B9800013 Contract Term: 10/1/2007 - 9/30/2012

This statewide contract vehicle permits agencies to procure the following:

  • Functional Area I: Microcomputers, Personal computers, Servers and Associated Peripherals
  • Functional Area II: Printers and Associated Peripherals
  • Functional Area III: Network Communications Equipment
  • Functional Area IV: Installation and Training Services
  • Functional Area V: Manufacturer's Extended Warranty

Florida

Miami-Dade County BPO# 050B7800012 Commercial-Off-The-Shelf Software (COTS) Contract Term: 10/1/2008 - 9/30/2012

This contract is a multiple vendor contract that provides commercial off-the-shelf software and services for the County. The contract includes three Functional Areas:

  • Functional Area I: COTS Software
  • Functional Area II: Installation and Training Services
  • Functional Area III: Manufacturer's Software Maintenance.

Miami-Dade County BPO# 050B7800023 IT Hardware and Associated Network Equipment Contract Term: 8/28/2009 - 9/30/2012

This contract is a multiple vendor contract that provides a broad range of information technology hardware and associated equipment and services for the County. The contract includes five Functional Areas:

  • Functional Area I: Microcomputers, Personal Computers, Servers and Associated Peripherals
  • Functional Area II: Printers and Associated Peripherals
  • Functional Area III: Network Communications Equipment
  • Functional Area IV: Installation and Training Services
  • Functional Area V: Manufacturer's Extended Warranty

Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) 2009-QCC-LAV-11 Information Technology Consulting & Support Services 4/1/2010 - 6/30/2015

A master contract to provide services to 14 universities collectively known as the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) in the following areas: Audio/Visual, IT Audit & Assessment, Network, Infrastructure, Project Management, Staff Augmentation & Technical Recruiting and Telecommunications.

Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) 2009-QCC-KDA-08 Information Technology Equipment & Hardware 3/1/2010 - 6/30/2015

Contract to support 14 universities in the state of PA with computer Hardware, Audio/Visual Hardware, Office Hardware, Power Hardware, Data Storage, Network Equipment and Other IT-related products including cabling and connectors.
